Jim Stefl

Having been involved in the home building industry for more than 25 years, Jim understands every aspect from blueprint to move-in. Jim is a constant student of the craft. Honing his knowledge to keep up with trends, innovation, disruptive ideas and more is something he finds joys in doing.  Over the years his experience and expertise has grown exponentially. His knowledge of the business will put your mind at ease. He guides you through the home building process step by step, transforming your dream into a beautiful and functional home while respecting your timeline and budget.

 

Jim in his free time has been involved in youth sports since 1991. He currently serves as Assistant Varsity Basketball Coach and Head JV Baseball Coach at Sussex Hamilton High School. He is a devoted Father to his son who is away at college studying Finance and Economics.
